Cobblestone Veterinary Hospital

Our fully stocked in-house pharmacy reflects our commitment to your pet's health. Ensuring your pet receives the accurate dosage and administration of prescription medications is of the utmost importance. Since we are your pet's prescribing veterinarian, you can trust that when you fill prescriptions at our pharmacy, your pet will receive the right medication, at the right dose, in the right form as quickly as possible. We will discuss any potential side effects or interactions with other drugs your pet may be using and provide detailed instructions on the medication's use. We can even administer the first dose for you if possible.

All our medications are properly stored and have been obtained from safe, reliable sources.

Cobblestone Veterinary Hospital's pharmacy maintains a comprehensive inventory of pharmaceuticals, vitamins, shampoos, flea and tick control products and heartworm preventatives to meet your pet's needs.

Refills are easy too – simply give us a call.

At Cobblestone Veterinary Hospital, our team considers microchip pet IDs a fundamental way to protect your pet and an important part of responsible pet ownership. When a pet goes missing, it is a frightening situation and often results in devastating consequences. Of the more than 10 million pets who get lost each year, 90% of those found would not have been returned to their owners without some form of permanent pet identification.

Microchipping is a safe, reliable, and permanent method of pet identification. This process takes less than 10 seconds, and can save you and your pet days, weeks, or months of fear and anguish.

Cobblestone Veterinary Hospital uses the HomeAgain microchip system. Once implanted, activated microchips register your pet with a unique identification number that is stored in a database with your contact information. Animal control officers, shelters, and veterinary hospitals in the U.S. and many foreign countries are trained to scan found pets for microchips. Should you move, you can update your contact information in the HomeAgain database online at any time.

HomeAgain membership also comes with benefits such as proactive pet recovery, free access to ASPCA Poison Control, and a number of very useful services to pet owners. These services include access to the National Pet Recovery Database, Lost Pet Specialists, Rapid Lost Pet Alerts, Lost Pet Medical Insurance, Travel Assistance for Found Pets, and more.

We have seen several missing animals reunited with their owners because they were microchipped. One of our own clients brought an orange cat in that she had found and we were able to scan it and return it to its owner. Microchipping results in happy endings.
